Terms of Service — Buqiqi Internal Content Intelligence Tool

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the internal content intelligence tool (the "Tool") operated by Buqiqi ("we," "our," or "us") and hosted at social-tool.nappure.com. The Tool is strictly internal and is provided only to authorized Buqiqi employees and contractors.

1. Eligibility and Access

Access is limited to:

  • Individuals holding a valid @buqiqi.com email address
  • Individuals authenticated via Google Single Sign-On
  • Individuals authorized by Buqiqi management to perform marketing research duties

Access is not granted to the general public, end consumers, contractors outside Buqiqi's scope, or any party outside our internal team. The Tool is not a consumer service.

2. Permitted Use

Authorized users may use the Tool to:

  • Research public social media trends and aggregate engagement data
  • Analyze Buqiqi's own brand account performance through authorized platform APIs
  • Generate internal post drafts for review by the Buqiqi content team
  • Produce internal reports on visual trends, hashtag performance, and audience interests

3. Prohibited Use

Authorized users may not:

  • Use the Tool to access private, non-public data of any third party
  • Use the Tool to automate posting without human review (in V1)
  • Share Tool outputs externally without redacting any third-party content
  • Misrepresent aggregated public data as proprietary research from individual users
  • Use the Tool in violation of any social platform's Developer Terms or Community Guidelines
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other protective measures of any connected service

4. Compliance With Platform Terms

The Tool integrates with third-party platforms (Pinterest, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google). Use of the Tool is also subject to those platforms' developer terms, including:

If any term of those policies conflicts with these Terms, the platform terms control with respect to data obtained from that platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All Tool source code, configurations, prompt templates, and aggregated analytical outputs are the exclusive intellectual property of Buqiqi.

Public content displayed within the Tool (such as competitor post screenshots) remains the property of its original creators and is used by Buqiqi solely under fair use principles for internal research. Buqiqi does not claim ownership of third-party content surfaced through the Tool.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Tool uses large language models and computer vision systems to generate draft content. All AI-generated drafts are:

  • Reviewed by a human Buqiqi employee before any external use
  • Edited as needed to ensure accuracy, brand voice, and compliance
  • Buqiqi's sole responsibility upon publication

Buqiqi does not represent that AI-generated drafts are free of errors and bears full responsibility for any content it ultimately publishes.

7. Data Handling

Use of the Tool is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Tool, authorized users acknowledge and accept the data practices described therein.

8. Security Responsibilities

Authorized users are responsible for:

  • Keeping their Google SSO credentials secure
  • Not sharing access with unauthorized parties
  • Reporting any suspected security incident to support@buqiqi.com promptly

9. Modification and Termination

Buqiqi may modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Tool at any time without notice, including:

  • Revoking access of any employee who leaves Buqiqi or changes role
  • Updating these Terms to reflect new platform requirements

Continued use of the Tool after a modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The Tool is provided "as is" for internal Buqiqi use. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Buqiqi shall not be liable to any user or third party for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Tool.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Buqiqi's principal place of business.
